Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where you hold the reins of quality and accuracy across Managed Services operations? As a Managed Services Quality Assurance Representative, you will be accountable for ensuring impeccable project milestones, customer specifications, timelines, and online systems. Your expertise in strategically handling quality assurance will be crucial in addressing day-to-day difficulties within MS projects. You'll utilize your critical thinking know-how to detect problem areas and proactively mitigate future risks, while also spearheading corrective actions when needed. Collaboration with MS Management to identify training needs, enhance systems and workflows, and champion a culture of excellence within the team will be a key aspect of your role.

What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure delivery and quality align with KPIs and SLAs
- Oversee quality assurance for Managed Services Customer projects
- Utilize advanced Excel for composite quality control processes
- Maintain large datasets and ensure accurate data input
- Monitor adherence to quality assurance policies and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to address workflow and application efficiency
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and uphold high satisfaction levels
- Build expertise in Managed Services offerings for customer solution
