Senior RCM Executive / QA / Team Lead – Payment Posting
Location: Vadodara
Shift: Flexible / Night Shift
We are looking for experienced professionals from the US Healthcare RCM domain for senior-level Payment Posting, QA, and Lead roles.
Required Skills:
- US Healthcare RCM experience
- Payment Posting / Cash Posting
- EOB & ERA Posting
- Denial Posting & Reconciliation
- Quality Audit / QA experience
- Team Mentoring / Training exposure
- Strong Excel & Reporting skills
- Knowledge of Medical Billing & AR Cycle
- Good communication & analytical skills
Preferred Experience:
- 4–8 years in US Healthcare RCM
- Experience in QA / SME / Team Lead roles preferred
- Exposure to client communication and process improvement
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate payment posting and audits
- Handle quality checks and process improvements
- Mentor/train junior team members
- Prepare reports and maintain productivity and quality targets
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients
