🎯 Role Overview
We are hiring a **Senior QA Engineer** (Individual Contributor) who can balance **manual testing and automation** while owning quality end-to-end.
You will work on an **existing automation framework (C# + SpecFlow)** and contribute to both **automation and manual testing efforts**, especially around APIs and data validation.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
* Work on and enhance **existing automation framework (C# + SpecFlow)**
* Add and maintain automation test coverage
* Perform **API testing using RestSharp and Postman**
* Validate backend data using **SQL queries**
* Execute **manual and exploratory testing** for complex flows
* Collaborate with developers and product teams in an **Agile setup**
* Own **test execution, defect tracking, and release validation**
* Ensure quality across **end-to-end user journeys**
* Work on cloud-based systems (**GCP – knowledge transfer provided**)
* Use **GitHub Copilot / AI tools** to improve productivity
✅ Must-Have Skills
* 5–8 years of experience in **Software Testing / QA**
* Strong hands-on experience with **C# and SpecFlow**
* Experience working with **existing automation frameworks**
* Strong **API testing experience (RestSharp + Postman)**
* Good knowledge of **SQL for data validation**
* Solid **manual testing fundamentals (STLC, test design)**
* Experience in **Agile teams**
* Exposure to **GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools**
* Strong debugging and analytical skills
⭐ Good to Have
* Exposure to **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** *(training will be provided)*
* CI/CD knowledge
* Experience improving test coverage and automation stability
