Job Title: QA Engineer – Conversational AI & IVR (GECX / Dialogflow)
Type: Full-Time
Role Summary
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with min 3 years of exp in specializing in AI-driven IVR platforms to test voice interactions, build evaluation suites, and partner with developers to drive quality across conversational flows.
Key Responsibilities And Requirements -
Design and execute end-to-end automated test suites for AI-powered IVR flows and intent recognition.
Build conversational AI evals for dev teams to leverage during unit testing.
Proven experience creating developer test cases and evaluation benchmarks.
- Must-Have: Google Enterprise CX (GECX), Dialogflow (CX/ES), IVR Testing, and Conversational AI / Automation Testing.
