About The Role
As a QA Developer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality software by combining manual testing expertise with automation skills. You will partner with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to validate functionality, uncover defects early, and improve overall product reliability. This role requires a strong understanding of testing practices, attention to detail, and the ability to build efficient test coverage that supports fast and stable releases.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for software products
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes
- Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency
- Perform regression, functional, and integration testing across releases
- Review product requirements to ensure test coverage aligns with business expectations
- Document test outcomes and communicate quality risks to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in software quality assurance or test automation
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium or JUnit
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
