Senior QA Engineer – OMS (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Bengaluru / Hybrid ( 2 days in office )

Client: Leading Order Management Systems (OMS) Company
Role Overview
We are hiring a 2 QA Engineers to work with a leading OMS platform organization on a contract-to-hire basis.
This role requires a strong understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS)— with hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Order Management.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring system quality across functional, integration testing for large-scale retail and eCommerce systems.
Experience Requirements :
Senior QA Engineer: 6–7+ years of experience (with strong OMS exposure)
QA Engineer: 3.5+ years of experience (with foundational OMS understanding)
Core Requirements:
Strong domain knowledge in:
Retail industry
Order Management Systems (OMS)
Strong experience with:
XML, XSLT, JSON
Exposure to cloud platforms:
AWS / Azure / GCP
Deep understanding of:
Order Fulfillment lifecycle
Omnichannel retail workflows
Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in JIRA and test management practices
