Are you an experienced Quality Engineering professional passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions? We are looking for a Senior QE Analyst to join our growing team and contribute to the success of critical business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Create, maintain, and optimize automated test frameworks using Selenium and C#.
- Write, analyze, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to validate data integrity and system performance.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
✅ 8+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
✅ 8+ years of hands-on experience with:
- SQL (preferably SQL Server)
- Complex query writing, analysis, and troubleshooting
✅ Strong experience with:
- Selenium Automation using C#
- JIRA, Xray, and Visual Studio
✅ Solid understanding of:
- Testing methodologies
- QA best practices
- Test design techniques
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
✅ Experience working in:
- Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
- Waterfall environments
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ 3+ years of experience in:
- Insurance
- Financial Services
- Banking Domain
⭐ Experience with:
- Third-party integrations and vendor interfaces
- Applied Rater
- Powersoft
- CSIO EDI
⭐ Knowledge of:
- Defect tracking tools
- Test case management platforms
- Collaboration tools administration and maintenance
⭐ QA Certifications are an asset:
- ISTQB
- CSTE
- CSQA
- CAST
- CASQ
- ISEB
- Equivalent practical experience
