Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior QA Automation Specialist located in Madurai. The Senior QA Automation Specialist will oversee testing procedures, implement quality assurance practices, and ensure quality standards are upheld across all product lines. Responsibilities include developing and executing automated test scripts, conducting quality audits, identifying and resolving issues, and maintaining compliance with quality management standards.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management principles and processes
- Experience implementing and maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in software or product development
- Skilled in Quality Auditing, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks
- 5+ years of relevant experience in QA automation or quality management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in the retail or restaurant sector is a plus
