Role Overview:
We are looking for a QA Analyst with extensive experience in game software testing, LiveOps
validations, and feature QA. This role requires sharp analytical skills, ownership of quality gates,
and the ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-impact environments. You will test new features,
monetization-driven content, and live operations to ensure seamless, bug-free player
Experiences.
Key Responsibilities
General QA
- Ensure all software is functioning as intended with exceptional detail and accuracy.
- Create, maintain, and execute test plans/test cases across features, tools, and
- platforms.
- Track, reproduce, and triage issues using JIRA or equivalent.
- Deliver concise QA documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Config, Art, Product).LiveOps QA
- Validate configured live events, segmentation logic, and campaign flows.
- Test integrated Unity assets, bundles, release candidates, and feature branches.
- Monitor hotfixes, live issue resolutions, and deployment-ready builds.
- Perform calendar-based validations, including weekends/holidays (on-call support).
Gaming QA – Slot Machine Testing
- Test Slot Machine gameplay rules, payout logic, and RTP (Return to Player)
- validations.
- Validate multi-game loading and switching across themes.
- Conduct Bonus round, Free Spin, and Jackpot feature testing.
- Verify Bill acceptor/collector, printer, ticketing, and hardware integrations.
- Validate payment flows (cash-in, cash-out, voucher, card-based transactions).
- Test report generation (accounting, player activity, regulatory compliance).
- Ensure SAS (Slot Accounting System) protocol compliance across EGM systems.
- Collaborate with hardware/software engineers for system-level testing and
- certification readiness.
- Perform stress, soak, and regression testing for real-money gaming systems.
Feature QA
- Participate in sprint cycles with test planning/execution.
- Write and maintain test cases in Xray/TestRail.
- Execute tests across Dev, Stage, Prod, and Hotfix environments.
- Own QA sign-offs for P0/P1/P2 issues and readiness checks.
- Support regression optimization through automation coverage.
- Contribute to architectural planning and technical decision-making.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of professional game software testing experience.
- Strong understanding of LiveOps QA, config validations, and content testing.
- Proven ability to work independently with accountability.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Xray, TestRail, or similar tools.
- Strong collaboration skills with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience in casino board games or slot games.
- High attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
- Exposure to tools like Redis, RabbitMQ, or cloud platforms like AWS/GCP is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a teamNice to Have
- Knowledge about the Slot games compliance.
- Exposure to Unity-based asset validation.
- Knowledge of automation scripting for regression optimization.
