Job Description:
We're seeking a Senior Python Lead with deep expertise in building Generative AI applications using Azure OpenAI. You'll design, develop, and optimize AI-driven solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead technical discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI/LLM Development:
- Design and develop Generative AI applications using Azure OpenAI
- Build solutions using GPT models, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and AI agents
- Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning workflows, and evaluation pipelines
- Backend Engineering:
- Develop robust, scalable backend services in Python (FastAPI, Flask)
- Build APIs, microservices, and AI-driven data pipelines
- Integrate structured and unstructured data sources
- Cloud & MLOps:
- Deploy end-to-end AI solutions on Azure
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, model deployment workflows, and monitoring
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with Solution Architects and business stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on Python development
- Strong experience with Azure OpenAI, LLM-based application development, and vector databases
- Solid experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, and RESTful APIs
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG embeddings, and NLP frameworks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience fine-tuning or customizing LLMs
- Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with data engineering workflows using SQL, ETL pipelines
- Background in deploying enterprise-grade AI applications
- Knowledge of MLOps best practices
