We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with at least 2 years of experience leading teams or managing developers, along with 7 years of professional full-stack development expertise. In this position, you will oversee the technical direction of projects, mentor team members, and contribute hands-on to the development of scalable, high-performance web applications that support the Audit and Assurance processes.

Primary Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Python Full Stack Development
- Hands-on with React.js
- Backend expertise in Django / Flask / FastAPI
