Role Description The Senior Python Django Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive Python and Django training programs to students and corporate clients in Bengaluru North. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves creating curriculum content, preparing lesson plans, and conducting interactive classroom sessions. The trainer will demonstrate best practices in Python programming, web development with Django, and related tools, while guiding learners through hands-on projects and real-world scenarios. Day-to-day tasks include assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, updating training materials to align with industry standards, and collaborating with the academy team to improve course quality. The trainer will also participate in career guidance sessions, support placement activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching methodologies.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, including object-oriented concepts and standard libraries.
- Hands-on experience with Django framework, including models, views, templates, REST APIs, and ORM.
- Practical knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic front-end integration with Django.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite) and version control tools like Git.
- Experience in designing training content, creating structured lesson plans, and delivering instructor-led classroom sessions.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience mentoring or coaching learners, including conducting assessments and providing feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in Python or web development are an advantage.
- Industry experience as a Python/Django developer or software engineer, preferably in real-world projects.
- Comfort working with diverse learner groups and adapting teaching methods to different skill levels.
