This role is for someone who can build systems that are not just functional, but scalable and maintainable. We’re looking for a developer who can take ownership of backend systems and drive clean, efficient implementation.
You will work on designing and building robust applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high code quality. The role demands strong problem-solving ability and the confidence to make technical decisions when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python
- Build scalable APIs and services
- Optimize application performance and reliability
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams
- Review code and guide junior developers
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8+ years of experience in Python development
- Strong experience with frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Experience with system design and scalable architectures
- Familiarity with cloud environments is a plus
- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
