Job Title: Senior Python Developer – Agentic AI
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Bangalore (Bagmane Solarium)
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days mandatory from office)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in Agentic AI and LLM-based systems to design, build, and scale autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems. The role involves developing production-grade agentic workflows capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, memory management, and collaboration to solve complex business problems.
You will work on LLM-powered applications, implement RAG pipelines, integrate agents with enterprise systems, and build scalable backend services while ensuring high reliability, observability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems using modern agent frameworks.
- Build and maintain LLM-powered applications and workflows.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector search, and memory management systems.
- Implement tool-calling logic, decision loops, error handling, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Develop scalable backend APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, vector stores, knowledge graphs, and enterprise platforms.
- Write clean, scalable, and testable Python code.
- Design system architecture for agentic AI applications.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot issues related to LLM reasoning, hallucinations, tool failures, and state management.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to convert business requirements into AI solutions.
- Stay updated with latest advancements in LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Python (3.10+) with modern libraries.
- Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming in Python.
- 3+ years of experience in building LLM-powered or agentic AI systems.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent orchestration.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, memory systems, and vector search.
- Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience deploying applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong testing, debugging, monitoring, and observability practices.
- Good understanding of system design and scalable architectures.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multi-agent architectures and hierarchical agent systems.
- Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, etc.).
- Experience working with Knowledge Graphs.
- Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with DSPy, Langfuse, or LLM observability tools.
- Knowledge of AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
