Role Description The Senior Python & AI Trainer in Kochi will design and deliver instructor-led training programs in Python programming, machine learning, and applied AI for diverse learner groups. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing curriculum and lesson plans, creating hands-on coding exercises and projects, and conducting classroom sessions and labs in an on-site setting. The role involves assessing learner progress through assignments, quizzes, code reviews, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring. The trainer will also refine course content based on industry trends, collaborate with the training team to improve teaching methodologies, and occasionally support workshops, seminars, or corporate training engagements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, requiring consistent classroom presence and active learner engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Python & AI training.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, including core language features, standard libraries, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and AI frameworks (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software development fundamentals.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training, workshops, or academic courses in programming or AI.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to learners at different skill levels, using examples and practical demonstrations.
- Familiarity with Jupyter notebooks, version control tools (e.g., Git), and common development workflows.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and presentation skills, with a learner-centric teaching approach.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in an on-site training environment in Kochi, with flexibility to handle multiple batches or schedules.
- Experience with real-world AI or data science projects, industry exposure, or contributions to open-source initiatives is an advantage.
