GlocalView Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, proactive, and result-oriented Senior Purchase Manager to lead our procurement function.
We believe procurement is more than just purchasing—it's about ownership, strategic sourcing, vendor management, compliance, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage the complete procurement cycle independently across multiple project locations
✔ Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to achieve the best quality, pricing, and delivery timelines
✔ Ensure timely procurement while maintaining strict cost control
✔ Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
✔ Maintain accurate purchase records, documentation, and process compliance
✔ Ensure timely submission of purchase-related documents to the Accounts team
✔ Build and maintain strong, long-term vendor relationships
We're looking for someone with:
✅ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
✅ Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
✅ High attention to detail and process discipline
✅ A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
✅ Experience in handling procurement for construction, engineering, infrastructure, or multi-location projects will be an added advantage
