Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Haridwar for a Senior Purchase Executive. The role involves managing procurement activities, sourcing quality materials, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will negotiate contracts, assess vendor performance, and monitor market trends to optimize purchasing strategies. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining procurement records, and contributing to cost reduction initiatives.
Qualifications
- Procurement expertise, including sourcing and supplier relationship management
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and cost analysis skills
- Familiarity with market trend analysis and supply chain operations
- Experience with inventory management and vendor performance evaluation
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
