Role Description
The Senior Public Relations Manager / Group Head will lead and oversee PR strategies, develop media outreach plans, craft compelling press releases, and manage client communication efforts. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with media, coordinating public relations campaigns, and ensuring clients' messaging aligns with strategic objectives. The role involves mentoring and guiding a team of PR professionals while ensuring project deliverables and deadlines are met. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. Qualifications
- Proficiency in crafting Press Releases and developing impactful Public Relations strategies
- Expertise in Media Relations and building strong relationships with journalists and media outlets
- Exceptional skills in Communication and Strategic Communications
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing teams effectively
- Strong organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines
- Prior experience in public relations, media, or communication-related industries
- Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Knowledge of digital PR trends and tools is highly desirable
