Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Public Relations Manager based in Noida, India. The Senior Public Relations Manager will be responsible for creating and managing press releases, fostering strong media relations, and overseeing public and strategic communications. The role includes developing and executing PR campaigns, working closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate will monitor media coverage, identify opportunities for publicity, and effectively handle crisis communication to safeguard the organization's reputation.
Qualifications
- Expertise in drafting and distributing Press Releases to achieve maximum media coverage.
- Strong skills in Media Relations, including building and maintaining relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry stakeholders.
- Proficient in Communication, Public Relations, and client relationship management to ensure effective messaging and strong brand positioning.
- Experience in Strategic Communications, campaign planning, and executing PR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Experience in the PR industry with a proven track record of success (5+ years preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
