- Reporting To: Medical Director
- Reportees: Psychiatrists & Clinical Psychologists
- Location: Mumbai | Pune | Bangalore | Delhi
- Experience: 8+ Years
🎯 Purpose of the Role
You will provide strategic and clinical leadership across all centers and foundation initiatives. You will be responsible for driving clinical excellence, ensuring high-quality care delivery, strengthening operational frameworks, and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve impactful mental health outcomes.
🎓 Qualifications
- MD / DNB in Psychiatry (NMC registered)
- Additional certifications/fellowships in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, or Psychotherapy (CBT/DBT)
🧠 Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Service Delivery
- Lead psychiatric services across multiple centers
- Ensure high-quality consultations and evidence-based treatment plans
- Drive continuity of care and optimal caseload management
Documentation & Governance
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely clinical documentation
- Conduct audits and maintain documentation quality standards
Centre Performance & Outcomes
- Monitor clinical performance, service delivery, and client outcomes
- Identify gaps and implement improvement strategies
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead and mentor psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide clinical supervision and case consultations
- Drive team engagement, utilization, and retention
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, ethics, and legal standards
- Maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance
Strategy & Growth
- Contribute to expansion and strengthening of psychiatric services
- Introduce innovative approaches to enhance care delivery
