Responsibilities.
- Lead solution design, configuration, and deployment activities, end-to-end implementation of PROS solutions across pricing, quoting, and revenue optimization.
- Ensure alignment of the solution with business goals and pricing strategies.
- Participate in discovery workshops to gather and refine business requirements. Translate requirements into detailed functional and technical designs.
- Define pricing logic, rules, workflows, and optimization strategies.
- Configure PROS modules such as:
- Price Optimization & Management
- Deal Management / CPQ
- Agreement
- Develop calculated measures and support SQL-based configurations.
- Collaborate with Product vendor, IT support team, and business team, and ensure smooth resolution of issues. Also clarify questions if any.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment, including hypercare support post go-live.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional/technical issues.
