About the Role
We are seeking a skilled RFP & Proposal Writer with a strong technical background and exceptional writing ability. This role involves managing the full proposal process and transforming technical solutions into clear, compelling narratives. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, uses AI tools effectively in daily work, and collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality responses.
Role Requirements
- Proven Proposal Writing: Experience in crafting persuasive, client-focused RFP/RFI responses in the technology sector.
- Exceptional Writing Skills: Ability to turn technical content into clear, engaging, and business-oriented proposals.
- Tech-Savvy & AI-Enabled: Comfortable using AI tools for drafting, research, and productivity, with strong prompting skills to refine outputs.
- Technical Understanding: Solid background in software/IT fields, with the ability to work closely with technical teams and ensure solution accuracy.
- Collaboration & Ownership: Strong project management and communication skills to coordinate across stakeholders, manage timelines, and deliver quality proposals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT with Computer Science or related field..
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end RFP response with strong development expertise in compliance, structure, and best practices
- Exposure to AI technology-driven solutions, with the ability to quickly grasp technical content and present it effectively.
Good to have
- Experience contributing to proposals in areas like AI, cloud, healthcare, or CRM solutions.
- Certification in APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) or equivalent.
- A passion for leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline proposal processes
This role is based out of Hyderabad and we expect candidate to work from the office Monday to Friday (9-6PM IST)
