Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Bengaluru. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on real estate investments, conducting property market analysis, and building long-term customer relationships. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, identifying their needs, managing property sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining communication to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Consulting and Sales skills to advise clients and drive real estate transactions
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide outstanding client support
- Working knowledge and experience in Real Estate markets, including trends and investment opportunities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the real estate or similar industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in regional languages is an advantage
