Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Accountant located in Noida. The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing journal entries, performing accounting activities, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role requires strong attention to detail, proactive collaboration with internal teams, and accurate management of property accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and year-end true-ups
• Handle bank reconciliations and cash management activities
• Prepare and manage month-end close processes within required timelines
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
• Maintain T12 reports and rent rolls accurately
• Manage lease accounting and tenant billing processes
• Conduct variance analysis and NOI reporting
• Support audit preparation and year-end financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP accounting standards
• Work closely with finance leadership on portfolio reporting and accounting operations
• Hands-on experience in training and managing a team.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of Property Accounting experience
• CAM reconciliation & month-end close experience
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Yardi preferred; MRI/AppFolio/QuickBooks/NetSuite a plus
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication & analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with ownership mindset
• CA / B.Com / M.Com preferred
