Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Sales professional for our Client to drive large-scale project sales, build strong client relationships, and manage project execution from a sales perspective. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing high-value contracts, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction across project sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales & Business Development
• Identify and pursue high-value project sales opportunities across construction, real estate, infrastructure, modular interiors, and related industries.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close large-scale project deals while ensuring profitable business outcomes.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, and client engagement.
2. Project & Client Relationship Management
• Manage the complete project sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract finalization.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure seamless communication throughout the project cycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of project commitments.
• Handle post-sales support, account management, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business opportunities.
3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to strengthen sales strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and recommend market expansion initiatives.
• Provide client feedback and market insights to management and product teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends within modular kitchens, wardrobes, interiors, and project sales.
4. Cross Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with project management, operations, finance, and installation teams to align sales objectives with project execution.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and sales materials for project business.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
• Support internal coordination for smooth project delivery and client management.
5. Reporting & Performance Management
• Track sales performance through CRM tools and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
• Develop forecasts and sales projections based on market conditions and business trends.
• Optimize sales strategies using customer feedback and data-driven insights.
• Monitor project pipeline, revenue performance, and business growth metrics.
Key Skills & Qualifications
• Strong experience in B2B sales or project-based sales within building materials, modular interiors, construction, infrastructure, industrial equipment, or real estate industries.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and contract negotiation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Technical understanding of the modular kitchen and interior solutions industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and client management systems.
