Role Description
The role of the Senior Project Manager/Team Lead (Dot Net & AI) at Evently Technologies is a full-time, on-site position located in Vadodara. The primary responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, overseeing AI and Dot Net development projects, managing timelines, planning project deliverables, and ensuring successful project execution. The candidate will also be expected to provide technical and strategic guidance, encourage team collaboration, and drive project completion to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across web development projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality execution
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring best practices are followed
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in .NET technologies and frameworks
- Strong understanding of web development and related programming languages
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in AI-related technologies/projects
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
