Senior Project Manager & Resourcing Manager
Kosar Infotech is seeking a dynamic leader and exceptional communicator to bridge the gap between project excellence and talent optimization. In this dual-impact role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of Oracle-based IT projects while serving as the primary Resourcing Manager—ensuring the right talent is in the right place at the right time.

Location & Engagement
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Client Communication
- End-to-End Delivery: Own the project lifecycle for Oracle-based initiatives, from initiation through to go-live support.
- Customer Success & Presentation: Act as the face of the project for the client. Lead status calls, deliver presentations, manage relationships, and ensure crystal-clear communication regarding project health.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor milestones and KPIs, ensuring all stakeholders (internal and external) are perfectly aligned and informed.
- Escalation Management: Proactively identify risks, communicate them clearly to leadership, and drive the resolution of project bottlenecks.
Resourcing & Talent Operations
- Strategic Allocation: Align team members with project schedules to maximize productivity and meet delivery deadlines.
- Recruitment Support: Partner with HR to assist in identifying, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Foster seamless, transparent communication between internal teams (developers, DBAs, functional consultants) to ensure quality delivery without silos.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 8–10 years in IT Project Management or Project Coordination.
- Masterful Communication (Mandatory): You must possess flawless verbal and written communication skills. You should be highly persuasive, empathetic, and capable of translating complex project metrics into clear business language for C-suite executives, while also speaking the language of your technical teams.
- Domain Knowledge: Functional exposure to Oracle-based projects is essential (Note: This is a management role; no hands-on technical Oracle work is required).
- Hybrid Mindset: The unique ability to manage project delivery and resource planning simultaneously.
Tools & Platforms (Preferred)
- Project Management & Tracking: Proficiency in tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Asana.
- Resource Management: Experience with resource capacity planning tools, MS Excel (Advanced), or ERP modules (exposure to Oracle PPM/HCM is a big plus).
- Collaboration & Documentation: Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams, and standard corporate communication suites.
