Role Description The Senior Project Manager – Residential Interior Design is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees end-to-end project delivery for residential interior design and build projects, from initial client briefing and design coordination to execution, inspections, and handover. The Senior Project Manager will manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and logistics, ensuring that materials, finishes, and services are delivered on schedule and to specification. They will work closely with designers, site teams, contractors, and clients to align expectations, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The role also includes monitoring quality standards, conducting site reviews, and ensuring that each project reflects BricoBrick’s commitment to precision, client satisfaction, and long-term usability.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including experience leading residential interior design or construction projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Expeditor and expediting capabilities to track orders, follow up on pending items, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Logistics management skills to plan, organize, and optimize supply chains, vendor coordination, and site deliveries.
- Inspection experience to review workmanship, finishes, and site progress, and ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Proficiency with project planning and collaboration tools, drawing review (CAD or similar), and basic cost and contract management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build respectful, long-term client and vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and make informed decisions in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.
