Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Stakeholder Management (The "Trusted Advisor"):
- Requirement Guru: Engage with CXOs, Sales VPs, Marketing heads, and Channel Partner managers at client sites to understand their pain points and translate their needs into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and User Stories.
- Expectation Management: Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle. Manage scope creep, communicate progress, and handle escalations effectively.
- Process Consulting: Leverage your deep knowledge of Indian real estate (RERA, broker management, lead-to-possession lifecycle) to advise clients on industry best practices. Don't just build what they ask for; guide them toward what they actually need.
2. Project Ownership & Execution (The "Driver"):
- Internal Team Leadership: You will not be coding. You will lead our internal team of Salesforce developers, architects, and QA testers. Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the tech team.
- Solution Validation: Ensure the technical solution proposed by our architects actually solves the client's real estate problem. Validate configurations, UAT plans, and data migration strategies from a domain perspective.
- Delivery Accountability: Take complete ownership of the project timeline and budget. You are the person responsible for ensuring we deliver a working, adopted CRM solution.
3. Bridging Real Estate & Technology:
- Integration Oversight: Guide the team on critical integrations, especially between Salesforce and the client's ERP (SAP/Oracle/Tally) . You must understand the data flow between project inventory, bookings, and payments to ensure the technical team builds it correctly.
- Channel Partner Strategy: Advise on and oversee the implementation of dealer/broker portals or apps, ensuring they are user-friendly for the external ecosystem.
- Cross-Industry Innovation: Draw upon your understanding of Retail/Consumer Goods (RCG) processes (like loyalty programs, omni-channel engagement, and sales analytics) to bring fresh, innovative ideas to our real estate clients, helping us win deals and deliver superior value.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Real Estate DNA: 6+ years of experience, with a mandatory 4+ years focused on the Indian residential real estate sector. You must understand terms like "BKC," "RERA," "Stamp Duty," "Possession Letter," and "Channel Partner Payouts" intuitively.
- Salesforce Project Experience: You have been part of at least 2 full-lifecycle Salesforce implementation projects for real estate clients (or similar project-based industries). You know how scoping, UAT, and go-live work.
- Client-Facing Polish: Exceptional communication and presentation skills. You can run a workshop with a client's VP of Sales in the morning and write a clear user story for a developer in the afternoon.
- The "Translator" Skillset: Ability to convert business ambiguity into technical clarity. You are the essential link between the client's domain and our tech team's execution.
- Business Acumen: You understand how sales, marketing, and customer service functions operate, not just in real estate, but have a working knowledge of best practices from Retail/Consumer Goods (RCG) to inspire innovation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree mandatory. MBA preferred, but significant relevant experience is acceptable.
