Job Purpose
Senior Project Manager - Payments Platform will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, stability, and modernization of Local Payments platforms across multiple countries.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• 12–15+ years in Payments Technology within banking or financial services.
• Strong, demonstrable experience in:
Ø IBG implementations and Local Payments platforms (ACH, RTGS, Clearing)
• Experience managing:
Complex, regulated environments
Multi-vendor delivery models
Large production footprints
• Payments & Domain Knowledge
• Strong exposure to IBG operational flows, SLAs, and downstream impacts.
• Technical Excellence (Mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience in .NET / .NET Core–based applications
DBA‑level expertise in:
SQL Server (2019 / 2022+)
Oracle 19c
• Experience with:
MQ-based integrations
REST APIs
Distributed transaction handling
