Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Project Manager role, based in Abroad. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project execution, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of goals. Responsibilities include coordinating project processes, expediting and monitoring workflow, facilitating inspections, and streamlining logistics. The individual will work closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project management and completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management, with strong planning, organizing, and execution skills.
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles, with the ability to oversee tasks and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Competence in Logistics Management to optimize supply chains and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills for managing teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with the immigration consulting industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in senior project management roles required.
