About The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced
Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale
B2C and B2B eCommerce implementation and migration projects for global customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing
at least two end-to-end Retail implementations or platform migration projects from inception to production go-live.
The candidate will work closely with global customers, onsite teams, business stakeholders, architects, and offshore engineering teams to deliver enterprise commerce solutions with high quality, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise B2C and B2B eCommerce implementation projects.
- Manage complete project lifecycle from Discovery, Solution Design, Development, Testing, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
- Successfully manage retail implementations and migration projects from legacy commerce platforms to modern digital commerce platforms.
- Create and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocation, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with global onsite teams, customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams across different time zones.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Monitor project health through KPIs, dashboards, RAID logs, burn-down charts, and executive status reports.
- Manage customer communication, governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality, scope, and budget.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams involving Commerce, OMS, ERP, PIM, CRM, Payment, Shipping, Tax, and third-party integrations.
- Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, change management, and escalation management.
- Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, project planning, and solution transition.
- Ensure adherence to PMO governance, delivery best practices, and organizational quality standards.
- Mentor project managers, scrum masters, and delivery teams.
Required Experience
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience managing enterprise eCommerce implementation projects.
- Successfully delivered at least two end-to-end retail implementations or platform migration projects from project initiation through production go-live.
- Hands-on experience managing projects on one or more of the following platforms:
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Adobe Commerce (Magento)
- SAP Commerce (Hybris)
- Shopify Plus
- commerce tools
- BigCommerce
- VTEX
- Any other enterprise eCommerce platform
- Strong experience delivering both B2C and B2B Commerce solutions.
- Experience managing offshore delivery teams for global customers across North America, Europe, or LATAM.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

- Experience with Marketplace platforms such as Mirakl.
- Knowledge of Headless Commerce and Composable Commerce architectures.
