Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with mandatory expertise in corporate fit-out projects. This is a full-time, on-site role with locations in Bengaluru and Gurgaon. The responsibilities include overseeing project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery while ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations are adhered to. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, expediting project deliverables, and resolving any logistical or operational issues promptly. You will be expected to monitor project progress, conduct inspections, and take corrective actions as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, budgeting, and team coordination.
  • Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely delivery of project resources and materials.
  • Experience in Inspection processes to maintain quality control and compliance with project standards.
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management to oversee the efficient movement and storage of materials for projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of managing corporate fit-out projects is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
