Role Description
The Senior Project Manager | Commercial Interiors | Design & Build is a full-time, on-site role based in Hydrabad. This role oversees end-to-end delivery of commercial interior design and build projects, from initial planning and scheduling through execution and handover. The Senior Project Manager coordinates with interior designers, architects, AI specialists, and construction teams to ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, supervising site activities, leading client meetings, and handling contractor and vendor relationships. The role also involves risk management, progress reporting, resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and design specifications for each project.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, to oversee complex commercial interior projects from concept to completion.
- Candidates should possess practical site coordination skills, including Expeditor experience and Inspection, to monitor construction progress and quality on-site.
- Candidates should possess logistics-focused skills, including logistics management and related expediting capabilities, to control material flow, vendor coordination, and delivery schedules.
- Demonstrated experience managing design and build projects within commercial interiors, preferably across corporate, hospitality, retail, or coworking environments.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools and documentation, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and site teams and to lead cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of construction methods, interior fit-out processes, safety standards, and relevant building regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, construction management, or a
- related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage
