We are looking for an ESG & Sustainability professional with strong practical experience in implementation, consultancy, documentation, training and audit handling across ESG and sustainability frameworks.Key areas include:โข ESG & Sustainability Standards โข EcoVadis โข HIGG INDEX / HIGG FEM / FSLM โข SLCP โข Environmental & Social Compliance โข Carbon Footprint & Sustainability โข Responsible Sourcing & Supply Chain Sustainability โข Knowledge of other buyer-specific ESG, social and environmental standards.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
Lead ESG & Sustainability implementation projects โข Develop and manage sustainability and compliance documentation โข Conduct training and implementation at client sites โข Handle ESG, social, environmental and buyer audits โข Conduct site visits and assessments across India โข Guide client teams on ESG and sustainability requirements โข Support clients in audit preparation and corrective action closure โข Work with leading factories and organizations as a technical knowledge partner โข Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ช๐ฒโ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ:
โ Strong practical experience in ESG & Sustainability implementation โ Hands-on knowledge of multiple ESG, social and environmental standards โ Experience with platforms/frameworks such as EcoVadis, HIGG, SLCP, SEDEX/SMETA and other buyer standards โ Strong documentation, implementation and audit-handling skills โ Excellent training and client-management capabilities โ Willingness to travel for on-site assignments across India โ Prior experience in consultancy, implementation or auditing preferred
