Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders
- Define project scope, objectives, and resource requirements
- Track progress and manage risks, issues, and changes effectively
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports
- Manage budgets, cost tracking, and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Lead site coordination and resolve on-ground execution challenges
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in project management (interiors/construction preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in workspace or commercial interior projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and standards
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
