Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Onsite)

Shift: Night Shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive enterprise-level initiatives end-to-end. This is an individual contributor role requiring close collaboration with senior leadership to solve business problems, manage project execution, and deliver measurable outcomes. The role involves strong stakeholder coordination, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery
- Align business goals with project objectives across departments
- Establish and maintain project governance (RAID, RACI, WBS, tracking dashboards)
- Prepare and present project updates, risks, budgets, and timelines to leadership
- Coordinate communication between leadership and cross-functional teams
- Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend best practices for operational excellence
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders for approvals and successful implementation
- Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of consulting or end-to-end project management experience (9+ years overall preferred)
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
- Background in consulting, business analysis, or business development
- Experience in Healthcare or Insurance domain (preferred/mandatory based on role)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience in data analysis and converting insights into actionable solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management tools (Jira, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
- Experience working in enterprise environments
- Exposure to process improvement frameworks (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
