Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Retail & Commercial Fit-out

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver retail and commercial fit-out projects end-to-end. This role requires strong execution capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle multiple projects across timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of retail and commercial interior fit-out projects
- Plan project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with design, procurement, vendors, and on-site teams
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Monitor site progress, conduct regular site visits, and resolve execution challenges
- Manage client communication and provide regular project updates
- Handle vendor management, contractor negotiations, and billing approvals
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
- Track project costs and ensure profitability (P&L accountability for projects)
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Key Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in retail/commercial interior fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of site execution, drawings, and BOQs
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent project planning and coordination skills
- Strong vendor network and negotiation skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Background
- Experience working with interior design firms or fit-out companies
- Exposure to retail chains, office spaces, or commercial outlets
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
