Key Responsibilities:
Retail Expansion & Execution
- Lead end-to-end project management for new store rollouts, renovations, and refurbishments
- Ensure timely store launches with strict adherence to timelines and budgets
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations)
- Manage external vendors, contractors, mall developers, and landlords
Project Planning & Monitoring
- Create detailed project plans, track milestones, and proactively mitigate risks
- Ensure quality control and compliance with brand guidelines
Vendor & Cost Management
- Finalize vendors, negotiate contracts, and optimize costs without compromising quality
- Monitor project budgets and drive cost efficiencies
Process Excellence
- Build scalable SOPs for retail project execution
- Drive continuous improvement in timelines, cost, and quality
Data & Reporting
- Track key metrics such as cost per store, time to launch, and ROI
- Present regular updates to leadership with actionable insights
