Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Manager position based in Chennai. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of interior, civil, and MEP projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with architects and consultants, managing project resources, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The role involves supervising teams, expediting materials, and handling logistics to ensure efficient project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Project Management, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Hands-on experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Proven expertise in Logistics Management, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and suppliers.
- Knowledge of Inspection procedures to uphold quality and ensure project compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage and manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project planning tools and software is an advantage.
- Knowledge or experience in interior, civil, or MEP projects is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
