We’re Hiring: Senior Project Manager – Corporate Interiors
Studio Design Box Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead corporate interior design-and-build projects across Gurugram and NCR.
Experience: 4–8 years
Location: Gurugram / NCR
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate interior projects from site handover to final completion
- Plan project schedules, manpower, procurement, and execution activities
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and vendors
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site conditions
- Monitor quality, timelines, budgets, billing, and project documentation
- Manage civil, interior, MEP, furniture, and finishing works
- Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project delivery
- Complete snagging, testing, documentation, and final handover
Candidate Requirements:
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in corporate interiors or commercial fit-outs
- Strong knowledge of interior execution, MEP coordination, BOQs, billing, and quality control
- Ability to independently manage multiple teams and project stakeholders
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, project scheduling, and reporting
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management
