We’re Hiring – Senior Project Manager (ServiceNow – Telecom Program)
🚨We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – ServiceNow (SNOW) to lead large-scale telecom transformation programs and drive successful delivery of ServiceNow implementations.
📍 Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Kolkata / Gurgaon
💼 Experience: 12–15+ Years

- ServiceNow (ITSM / ITOM / CMDB / TSOM / TSM)
- CMDB Architecture & Governance
- ITOM – Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping
- Telecom Domain (OSS/BSS)
- Agile / SAFe Delivery
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
🔹 Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects
- Manage multiple workstreams (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, TSOM, TSM)
- Coordinate with vendors, architects, and product teams
- Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, PI Planning)
- Manage risks, RAID logs, and governance reporting
- Ensure timely delivery with quality and compliance
🔹 Preferred
- PMP / CSM / SAFe certifications
- Experience in telecom transformation programs
- Strong understanding of OSS/BSS integrations
