Role Description

The Senior Project Manager will lead and oversee complex projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget, quality, and safety parameters. This full-time on-site role, located in Noida, involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating project schedules, expediting processes, handling logistics, and ensuring seamless inspections. The role requires consistent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and project success.

Qualifications

• 10-15 Years in Cable & Conductor Industry
• Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to lead complex and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience in expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure the timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Strong skills in Logistics Management to manage supply chain, transportation, and inventory logistics.
• Expertise in Inspection and quality control processes to maintain high standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities for managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience in the manufacturing or power transmission industry is highly desirable.
