Role Description
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead the complete development lifecycle of a luxury 5-star hotel project in Mumbai. You will be the single point of accountability for timely delivery, cost efficiency, and hospitality-grade quality across all project stages — from design coordination to handover. This role demands aggressive ownership, technical depth in high-end interior fit-out works, and the ability to seamlessly coordinate across brand operators, architects, consultants, and contractors.
What we are looking for
- 15–18 years of experience in project management with a strong track record in hospitality, PMC, or premium commercial projects
- B.E. or M.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience managing high-end interior fit-out works in luxury hotel or premium corporate environments
- Strong understanding of BOQs, design coordination, and billing processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Aggressive, dynamic, and ownership-driven approach to project execution
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and handover in alignment with hotel brand and operator requirements
- Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and site issues promptly
- Review and validate BOQs, design drawings, specifications, and material submittals to ensure compliance with hospitality standards
- Manage project schedules and resource allocation to achieve defined milestones
- Oversee procurement, vendor evaluation, billing certification, and subcontractor management
- Conduct regular progress review meetings and prepare comprehensive status reports for all stakeholders
- Identify potential risks or delays and implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Lead, mentor, and hold the project execution team accountable for high performance
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations across all project stages
