Role Description The Senior Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role oversees end-to-end project delivery for corporate interior projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with design, procurement, and execution teams. The Senior Project Manager will manage stakeholder communication, lead project review meetings, monitor site progress, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. Daily responsibilities include supervising contractors, resolving on-site issues, tracking material deliveries, managing change requests, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role also involves mentoring project teams, optimizing processes, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal partners.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with the ability to plan, execute, and close complex interior projects.
- Experience in coordinating material flow and vendor follow-ups, including Expeditor and Logistics Management capabilities to ensure timely deliveries and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in site supervision and quality control, including Inspection skills to maintain standards, safety, and compliance with specifications.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders in commercial interiors or construction environments.
- Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications, and work closely with design, procurement, and execution teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills, with a focus on transparency and problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in managing large-scale corporate interior projects in Hyderabad or similar markets is highly desirable.
