Role Description
The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of a large-scale government / tourism / infrastructure / hospitality-linked program. The role requires strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and strong implementation ability to ensure timely and measurable outcomes
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, implementation, and delivery across workstreams.
- Establish governance, reporting systems, escalation matrix, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate with government departments, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure project outputs align with approved scope, objectives, and KPIs.
- Conduct program reviews, strategy meetings, and client presentations.
- Handle documentation, approvals, compliance, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
- Ensure quality assurance across reports, IEC, events, campaigns, and portals.
- Manage budgets, procurement coordination, and vendor accountability.
- Mentor team leads and consultants.
Key Deliverables
- Approved Project Implementation Plan (PIP)
- Monthly & quarterly progress reports with dashboards
- Stakeholder coordination plan
- Risk register and corrective action plan
- Successful project implementation with measurable outcomes
Required Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing / Hospitality & Tourism OR
- Post Graduate in Tourism or similar
Required Experience
Minimum 7 years professional experience in project/program management in government consulting / tourism / infrastructure / hospitality / development sector.
