Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager at Modi Builders, located in Hyderabad. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, monitoring progress, coordinating with various teams including logistics and inspection, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management with relevant experience 10+ yrs and experience leading large-scale construction projects successfully
- Strong skills in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
- Experience in Inspection processes to maintain quality and compliance standards
- Logistics Management expertise to coordinate resources and materials effectively
- Strong organizational and team leadership skills with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards is highly desirable
