Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Construction Management professionals based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with engineering teams, contractors, and clients, managing budgets and timelines, supervising MEP installations, and ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld at all stages of the project. Professionals will also be required to identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Planning experience, with knowledge of timeline and budget management.
- Familiarity with MEP systems and Technical Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations.
- Strong Client Coordination and Stakeholder Management skills.
- Experience in Risk Assessment, Safety Compliance, and Quality Assurance.
- Problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and adaptability under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software is advantageous.
- Experience with Data Center, Commercial, Industrial, or Logistics projects is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage on-site workers and engage with clients effectively.
