Job description:

Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and scale our IT services across web design, development, and digital marketing. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven ability to drive business growth while ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and secure new clients, build partnerships, and lead proposals, scoping, and pricing.
• Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and effective client coordination.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, optimize resources, and drive performance and collaboration.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of functionality, usability, and design.
• Digital Marketing: Guide SEO, SEM, and campaign strategies; monitor and optimize performance.
• Client Management: Act as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, budgets, timelines, and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Team Performance: Conduct evaluations and track individual and team progress.
