Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery and operations for a Hybrid Cloud platform built on ServiceNow (ITOM/CPG). This role demands strong ownership, Agile expertise, and hands-on exposure to ServiceNow platform delivery along with Day 2 operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project delivery across ServiceNow Hybrid Cloud platform (Azure & AWS)
- Act as Scrum Master for multiple squads and lead Agile ceremonies
- Manage risks, dependencies, and program milestones
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user stories & acceptance criteria
- Lead onboarding of greenfield & brownfield services
- Oversee QA, UAT, and performance testing
- Manage production releases & Hypercare support
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
🔹 Mandatory Skills
- 7–12+ years in Project / Program Management
- 4+ years of ServiceNow experience (ITOM / CPG preferred)
- Strong exposure to Hybrid Cloud (Azure / AWS)
- Hands-on Agile / Scrum Master experience
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
- Ability to own and drive critical programs independently
Location: Gurugram (WFO)
Work days: 5 days Working (Mon-Fri)
